Parent Support Group for Chaparral High School Softball Program

Softball PSG meets monthly throughout the school year. Meeting times and locations are posted on the main softball page.

2012 FUNDRAISING

Banner Sales

Local businesses may purchase a banner to be hung on our Varsity field for 10 months total (excludes mid-June thru mid-Aug). Advertisements face Winchester Road and can be read by all passing cars. Prices are $500 for a 6’x4’ banner, $750 for a 8'x4' banner and $1000 for a 12’x4’ banner with the option to renew sponsorship for a discounted price the following year.

Family & Friend Sponsors

Every player sends a minimum of 5 letters to friends and family asking for a donation to our softball program. Letters are due to Coach Jerry, date TBA. The Softball PSG will stamp and mail out the letters for you and will also mail a thank you letter with tax id# to anyone who sends back a donation.

 

Goodwill Donation Day: Feb 18, 2012

During our annual Field Maintenance day a Goodwill truck will be parked by the CHS Softball fields and accepting donations from 9am-2pm. This is a great time to clean out your garages! Spread the word to family and friends.

 

Applebee's Pancake Breakfast: March 10, 2012

All three teams will host this event on the morning of March 10th. Information to follow.

 

Bingo Night Fundraiser: April 28, 2012

This fun night will be our main fundraiser for the season and all parents and players are required to help make this a success. More information to come.

 

Snack Shack

Softball families will be asked to donate drinks and snacks to sell at our permanent snack shack located on the varsity field.
